Shannon & Mitchell’s Maternity Session at Tamborine Mountain Botanic Gardens

I first met Shannon & Mitchell when I photographed their 10 year anniversary in late 2019 and it was one of my favourite photoshoots of the year. When I found out that Shannon & Mitchell were expecting, I was so excited and knew I had to shoot their maternity session! Shannon & Mitchell love the garden, bush & greenery so Tambourine Mountain Botanic Gardens was a perfect location for them. The session was in spring so all the flowers were in bloom and it was seriously the most beautiful day – such gorgeous golden hour lighting! I love hanging out with these two, they are so much fun and the way they look at each other will melt your heart. Mitchell has wanted to be a dad forever so it was so sweet watching him get so into this photo session and interact with their little bub. Their beautiful baby was born early January this year and I cannot wait to photograph their little family of three!
